Very good topic raised and yes Congress has been the most corrupt party of all times as it has ruled the most after independence.

Do you mean U.S. parliament lower House, which is called 'Congress' or the Indian national congress- headed by sonia Gandhi. As regards U.S. parliament- Congress and Senate- These and President are components of U.S. political system and play their respective role. As regards Indian national congress and Indian Government, it is other way round. The Indian ruling circles are slavish to U.S.A.

I think it would be too far-fetched to sense any such design. As far as the visits of US presidents to this country the first few decades after Independence saw very few visits.Isenhower was first republican president to visit this country during the Cold-War days.Jimmy Carter was the first Democrat President to vist during the Janata Party rule.Every government in recent times have tried to woo the US.During A.B.Vajpayee's Prime Ministership President Bill Clinton visited India in 2000 and both of them laid the foundation for a broad strategic and economic relationship.
Change we can believe in is hard, and if we take the opportunity to make this new congress work for us, we can make change happen.
