Suggest me some funda to take increment from my company its increment time but they are not giving increment.

If there are rules, you can remind of the same to speed up the grant. Otherwise, you may employ some tactics. You may suggest that you are being offered more pay outside. If management is convinced of your worth and also apprehensive of your joing somewhere else, you may get a raise.

There is no shortcut to success. If you want to have increment you need to achieve targets assigned to you and in addition initiate some new projects / missions on your own that should be able to attract attention of the management.

Thanks for your reply.Everything completed, project completed and with me 6 other employee is suffering from same problem. Main Director confirm to departmental director for increment but my departmental director is not taking any action so what should i do.

This is the right time for you to talk to the departmental Director and ask him as to whether he / she is satisfied with your job and what more he / she wants from you.

Hello Santosh,

Have patience and wait for a suitable time when the company comes in a position to grant increments to the employees. Some other employees might also be awaiting increments as you do.

I hope you are careful about using office systems for browsing on internet. You also know well that using office computer for personal internet browsing is a negative catalyst against growing and progressing in your job.

Keep in constant contact with your Director... all the very best...
