Some of the oldest civilizations are Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Chinese, Indian (Mohan Jodero). All the civilizations are of almost same period and devloped at different places. Everyone claims that civilization of his place is oldest. We have no way to know inabsence of honest and accurate research.

Yes many countries claim that their civilization is the oldest. Yet with each excavation we find a new place that has the oldest civilization...

How can it be found without excavations as the literature of that time is not available because in those days people didnot have knowledge of writing.

The archaeologists and other specialists have some expertise in finding the approximate time of old civilization. This needs honesty and sicerity on part of specialistsin the field. The lay men have to rely on experts. Usually there is some bias of nationality or religion.
