Thiruvananthapuram : Kerala's Akshaya centres, which began as facilitators for e-literacy programmes, were Thursday legally notified as service centres - a first for any state in India.

    Kerala is the state with highest literacy. It is hoped that Kerala will also be largest E Literate state with efforts of the E- literacy centers turned int service centers.

    I am happy kerala is the state which emphasis on literacy but at the same time feeling unhappy for the other state,because they are not more active in this field as kerela is.
