Friend My brother have a problem in speaching i do speech treaphy but it does not improve 100% can any one tell me a idea about this.

First, you have to find out whether this is caused by some physical defect in speech system. If so, only medical experts may help. Otherwise, this could be psychological or hesitance/ shyness. This can be rectified with patience gradually. Reading aloud slowly alone or with some close and intimate person could help.

Isha the problem is not for him his brother and it is speech defect which needs speech therapy and other exercise. Speaking before mirror is useful for public speaking or interviews.

Deepu speech theraphy generally works as even my uncle was treated when he got heart attack and was not know for two days. His could not speak properly for some days due to paralysis of mouth occured due to heart attack. He was well after getting speak thearapy. But unfortunately we lost him after second heart attack. :(

deepu, first you have to find out what is the underlying cause that he is unable to speak properly. Is it something there from his birth or it has happened due to some other reason? Treating the underlying cause and speech therapy should help him greatly.

First w have to find a cause of the problem, The problem may be cleft lip, palatal problem or may be hearing defect or mental retardation.. So you consult good pediatrician and then do speech therapy for better result...

I agree with the ideas suggested by the other member friends. I want to add one more thing.
Motivate him. Make him feel confident and self satisfied. Make him feel that whatever he is doing is good. Others can't do better than him. Tell him to open his mouth and speak properly. He must be stammering by teeth. Make him pronounce better with patience. Motivate him even if he does mistake in speaking.
