Article submission problems

After a long interval I had posted an article.But I couldn't add images since the image add tool is not active in my settings.I think some problems like these are common now.Please try to check and correct them.

    Could you post a screenshot of your editor so that we can get an idea of what the issue is? There is no user specific options for this tool.
