That means you shouldn't leave white space on top side and bottom side. You can use backspace key to remove those blank lines from top and bottom. I guess that is what it means..
During editing, there is a possibility of leaving empty spaces in the text editor of Boddunan , because we are pasting the matter from Note pad. These gaps are to be deleted.

If you see space left under the article, place your cursor at the last word and press delete button unless all the space is deleted, for top space keep your cursor on the first word of your article and repeat the process.

I am not able to delete the space. I have placed the cursor at the last word and pressed delete button. Nothing is happening over there.
After placing the cursor at the lost word, you have to pull the mouse down. A bluish patch will appear indicating that the empty space has been selected. Now press delete on your computer. You try it now.
Sir, I have moved cursor up to the bottom and pressed delete button. But when seen in preview, it shows same amount of space.
PM me the link of your article you want to correct because I don't see any articles pending for editing in your name. In case it does not reduce the gap despite your effort it means either there is no gap or you haven't done as it should be.

What is the meaning of reducing space on top and on lower side of article?
This is a common problem. Even the same remarks are passed to me when I submit articles by the site editors even though I do not see any gaps on top and bottom of the articles I submit.
