Red color vertical line appearing in my PC - Please help

A thin red colour vertical line started appearing on my PC in the middle of the screen sometime back. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem or where i can i get support to solve this issue?

    Yes Yes... this happened to our system 1 year back....We were told to change the screen of the laptop.

    i think your monitor or video card are bad or the wrong software driver is being used for the video card or the refresh rate is out of range for the monitor....

    If it is an LCD monitor it is the sign of getting bad.So if you are in warranty period immediately report to the vendor.
