Why my profile is incomplete?

When I went to my profile page I sees there a message like this "Your profile is 60% complete. Add a photo or avatar to get to 100%." I had added my photo in profile long ago.Is this means to add photo at some other place also?

    Are you talking about "My Account" section? I can see your avtar image on this topic so your photo must have uploaded on "My Profile" page.

    I have also the same problem .. In my profile also its shown that 60% complete.. add a photo to make it 100%...

    I have photo but still it shows like that...

    Don't you see my photo at right ? When I look my profile page there sees the above message.Now the expert boarder Jobin also says about the same problem.So you must look the issue seriously.
