    A new member is generally not new to iternet. Only the site is new. Just by browsing and experimenting with buttons on top and left of the page, new members soon become experts. Practice makes perfect. This is just like visiting a new city. If you just roam about, you get familiar. Simiarly you get expert on the site by roaming.

    Click the Earn Money link on top of the page where most of the links are available. Anyway having them on home page/sending with welcome mail is also a good idea.
