During winter many people get affected by cold and also loose some of their health. As the season changes our body may fail to adjust to the changing temperature and changing climate . So its very important to take care of yourself during winter . One need to follow some tips to maintain the health during winter.Let us have a look at some tips by which one can stay healthy during winter.

1. Eat nutritious food - During winter one needs to eat good amount of fruits and vegetables. One need to be little bit conscious regarding the food he eats during winter time and it should contain good amount of vitamins and minerals. During winter skin tends to become dry . To overcome this problem of dry skin one need to consume lot of milk products like butter , cheese etc.

2. Wash your hands properly before eating - During winter there is spread of diseases like viral fever  and other such diseases which is due to bacteria and virus and which get spread easily if proper care is not taken. One should wash hands properly by using soap before eating food.

3. One can get relief from cold effect by getting massage or a hot shower . One can keep body warm and stay away from cold effect by doing so.

4. Get proper sleep - During winter one tends to get more sleep than normal. In winter one needs to sleep atleast 6 to 8hours .One should maintain a daily routine of going to sleep early and getting up early .

This are some of the tips one should follow during winter and try to avoid getting effected by cold and fever.
