1. The worlds largest living land animal is the African elephant.

In general, elephants are considered to be the largest mammals on the earth today. The African Elephant is about 10 feet high at the shoulder and weight about 7.5 tons. It eats about 300kg kg greenery everyday. And they spend 23 hours per day eating. And it can be pregnant up to 2 years.

          2.The tallest living land animal, however it is Giraffe.

Giraffe is the tallest animal with a long neck. Even thought of looking at its height.The height of Giraffe is about twenty feet.

            3.The biggest fresh water animal is the Hippopotamus.

The Hippopotamus is considered as the biggest fresh-water animal weighing 3 tons. And these can stay under water up to 30minutes. The water serves to keep their body temperature down, and keeps their skin from drying our. Hippopotamus is also called as the “River Horse”.

              4.The heaviest land animal ever was Brachiosaurus.

The Brachiosaurus, is one of the largest dinosaur known of the Jurassic which lived 1,50,000,000 years ago. It was 90 feet long, and weighted about 100 tons. Brachiosaurus was a fully terrestrial animal.

And the smallest mammal?

This is the Etruscan shrew which measures only 4 cm plus another 3cm for the tail, and weighs only 2g. It is so small that it would be able to fit into a beehive, using the entrance made by the bees.

11. Fact regarding Cats: Cats have a very sensitive listening ability. They have 32 muscles in their ear.
12. Fact regarding Bulls: Bulls are color blind. This is the main reason of they getting attracted to RED.
