Gulshan Kumar Ajmani wrote: This is really worth condemnation. But there is an astonishing video. There is clear evidence of ABVP (RSS outfit) students raising pro Pakistan slogans. This is usual fascist technique to defame and target opponents.  http://naukarshahi.com/%E0%A4%AA%E0%A4%B2%E0%A4%9F-%E0%A4%97%E0%A4%AF%E0%A4%BE-%E0%A4%AA%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%B6%E0%A4%BE-%E0%A4%AA%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%A4%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8-%E0%A4%9C%E0%A4%BF/ Another link that shows how the fascists trick to  defame opponents. A fascist Hindutva group hoisted Pakistan flag, obviously for creating tension. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-16424473 Raising anti-Pakistan slogan is not crime in India, and what is in this video may be trick of defaming Hindutva groups. Over all what is happening is not fair, both groups are Indians.

Bhagat Singh is never out of our mind. But on valentine day, some mischievous elements propagate some other events with a view to discourage valentine day. Here is a link.  http://www.oneindia.com/feature/bhagat-singh-and-valentines-day-whats-the-controversy-1394931.html

They always like to do something different that the world never seen before. Here the bride came to the marriage hall by riding a bullet that anybody ever did before. She succeeded to make her marriage a special event.  Such out of the way activities, though are looked down by the elders as bizarre, youngsters get a thrill out of their activities. It's a sense of achievement for them. If we celebrate any event with new way it will more memorable and exciting that traditional way. Here some person celebrate their birthday by donating blood. Curiosity makes anybody be it a child or an elder, if something happens in a different way than the usual.Of course celebrating a birthday by organizing Blood donation camp is a noble way of celebrating birthday   Blood donation is a social activity and we can save the life of many diseased people. But the people who donates blood on their birthday seems to be tired because of lack of enough quantity of blood. Therefore, they cannot enjoy their birthday very well. Rest is must for them.   Do you think Pathologist at the Blood Clinic will allow the Donor to donate the Blood, without seeing and checking if the Donor has enough Blood  or not ? It is not that after blood donation some one feel tiredness or weakness. Donating blood is itself is a enjoy, it enjoy of giving. Blood donation also good for our health   By donating Blood, you are giving life to another. It's noble deed.

anil wrote: Jincy Aby wrote: rambabu wrote: Jincy Aby wrote: I studied somewhere that there are temples for snakes. There are number of people who worship snake and consider snakes as their God. They worship snakes by offering milk, incense and prayers. But in Christianity, snake is the symbol of devil. For them, Snake is an evil spirit who lead people to do wrong deeds.  Beliefs and customs vary from religion to religion. Hindus worship Snakes. There is a separate festival known as Nag Panchami.  Snake is a poisonous animal and many people are dying because of snake bite. Then why do they worship snakes? I cannot understand the Philosophy of worshiping snakes. It is better to worship bitches than snakes. All snakes are not poisonous. People worship snake because God Shankara.   True.Shankar without Nag Deveta for a Hindu is beyond imagination.

You know Janki Dass, we was cycleist and also represent India in Olympic games before freedom.   Of course David was not a wrestler at all , there are three actors by the name of David in America who were all professional wrestlers and Rambabu has posted without checking out or making sure ! That was a grave mistake on my part Usha ! I'm sorry. Take it easy, I am sharing here one information about Janki Dass. when he was going to participate in Olympic games, India was not got freedom. He went to Gandhi ji and said Bapu which flag I will hoist, Union jeck?. Bapu said no, and he gave him Tiranga, flag of congress, with his autograph.   That's a value addition. I'm sure many are not aware of this fact.

What a joke, Bhagat Singh was in the list of traitors and anti-nationalists in the list of government. Valentine's Day is in thing while the likes of Bhagat Sighs are out of date.

No activist who opposed US participation in Vietnam war, and there were huge protests, was convicted. How weakness of Hinduism comes out is not clear. The ruling ideology is trying to spread its tentacles in all fields including education institutes and JNU is a prize catch. Foul play cannot be ruled out to malign left wing students. I also agree that anti Indian slogan raisers should be punished but let us not draw biased conclusions till matter is more clear.

Can anyone imagine any Americans rooting for Bin Laden in uSA? It's unthinkable and here we have Indians supporting Afzal Guru. What a shame. Its lack of character and debasement of hinduism. Tolerance of the Hindus is responsible for this. Field Marshal Montgomery in his " History of Warfare" writes that the lack of single minded aim to annihilate an enemy and all around tolerance contributed in great measure to the defeat of the Hindus. We are heading the same way again

Bhagat Singh lives very much in the heart and minds of all Indians. It need not be expressed every day. Valentine Day is an expression of love and romance celebrated once a year and young Indians can do so. It does not spread hatred and is not divisive . Lumping the two together is not fair to both. Constant brooding seems to be a favourite pastime of many.

These activities in the university show in real terms the weakness of Hinduism All I can say is that such an action would merit an execution in most countries and arrest for long years in the USA under the Patriots act. Nothing is of course done here..

Bhagat Singh was an icon in the freedom movement. His sentence to death was announced today in 14 feb and he was hanged 2  months later. Even Gandhi refused to appeal for commutation of his death sentence.  Today is also Valentine's day and lots of Indians are celebrating, but nobody has a thought for Bhagat singh
