The fact is Pakistan cannot be isolated and the one factor that stands out is military might. This is Clausewitz theory of the armed forces as an extension of the political aim. India starting from Nehru never realized the value of the military and we had the ludicrous statement by Dr. Rajendra Prasad that India should disband the army. China is way ahead and Pakistan on near parity with India. China looms over the world  and even the USA is wary of it. I am afraid all discussions will lead nowhere till we can match China and that is impossible, now.

My father was an army man having fought in the 1962 war with Pakistan. He was severely wounded in the leg after  which he worked in the army postal service for a few years. Apparently , he was a great admirer of Nehru in the initial days after freedom , but later began to feel completely disillusioned. He used to call him an aimless dreamer and according to him most of the projects taken up were initiated by either Krishna Menon or others ..Nehru never thought of the future for sure , also whiled away the precious present which was probably the best period for India thereby creating innumerable problems for the future generations..

Very true History will not forgive Nehru for the blunders

Definitely not...With all that it is amusing to see the congress party and its supports blowing their trumpet and idolising the same family that brough doom to the nation with each rule be it Nehru, Indira Gandhi or Rajeev Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi working in the background.

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

The Nehru family is the bane of India and one wishes that this family had not ruled and things would have been different. Now all this has happened and India is saddled with innumerable problems all of them can be traced to Nehru Gandhi family.

Former President, Pervez Musharraf said, Pakistan Has been isolated Globally as the world unites against IslamaBad Terror agenda following the Uri attack. He blamed Nawaz Sherif for his wrong Policies

The surgical strike is not a success as Pakistan has upped the ante and there have been over 60 border firing incidents and almost daily attacks in the valley on security forces. Curfew is not lifted, schools are closed and life at a standstill for months. This is serious and in UAE people ask me if you cannot control Kashmir why? Fault is with Modi. He has demoralized the army and foisted a unpopular government with PDP. The Begum dare not venture out of the house alone. Pakistan has its problems but like Samson it is hell bent on destroying India  and talking of declaring Pak a terror state and all has no meaning. China is with Pak and even Russia has carried out Joint military exercise with Pak army last week.

In a way you are right because Pakistan like a wounded beast is trying to create as much havoc as possible while our tactics are only defense. Unless India becomes aggressive and attacks first instead of carrying on with its age old tit for tat policies, there will be no end to this and we keep losing our soldiers on a daily basis.

Nawaz Sherif is still hoping that he would be able to corner India on Kashmir by highlighting  the unrest in the valley. He tried to bring the issue before the annual session of the UN General assembly. But miserably failed. Pakistan is Isolated globally all respects.

@ rambabu, for heaven's sake at least once in a while read the link article you are posting before uploading them here. As usual you have done the same now by posting an outdated article which is more than a month old. And please stop from keep on passing imaginative judgments about isolation of Pakistan again and again like a broken record which is not a reality now, ..

Except blaming Nehru family there is no worthwhile contribution as to how to deal with the constant attacks by Pakistan.  It would be meaningful to discuss such suggestions rather  then the continuous anti Nehru vomiting.
