Both money and job satisfaction is important . BuT I think if you don't have job satisfaction you can't stick in a job.

I think both are need for happy life...very surprised that only one is considered more.
But many people consider job satisfaction as the second priority due to money commitments.
My personal opinion is that both Job satisfaction and money are equally important.
Really, it is true.I came to present job which paid less than the earlier one.But now am satisfied in my job.

it is really pleasure to see a person of similar opinion in Boddunan itself. Previously wheneven i came across job interviews this question was asked frequently and i had to geniunely say that i prefer both..as both are necessary. But now i am surprise to see that people are more interested in job satisfaction.. :)

You get money for job. If job is not satisfying, you will not be very successful and hence you will not earn more money in the long run. However, if the job is satisfying, you will get interest in the job, acquire high skill, excel and ultimately earn more.

For an example, if you are good at oratory, logical and language skill, you can be a good advocate. In course of time, you may be highest earning advocate. The medical profession may give you better income for the time being, but in absence of job satisfaction, you will remain mediocre and so the earnings.

It is better to select a job that will satisfy. Money will follow.

I don't believe these too can be separated as we don't have any other means to determine our satisfaction! Only a spiritually inclined person can have such a detached view of life!!
I don't work but still i feel that job satisfaction is more important because if you are not satisfied with your job you will do it to a certain extent and finally you will have to leave.....
