A very surprising case of a 93 years old chained and forced to live on terrace has come to light. This reveals that when old age is not supported by strong and healthy body and mind, this is worse than death.

That was such a shameful thing. How can the children treat their own parents like that?? :evil: Parents take care of their children during their childhood and it is the responsibilities of the children to take care of their parents in old age. Its such a shameful thing that none of his four sons cared for their father at his old age.. If for some reasons they could not take proper care of their father at home, they should have the decency to let him stay at the Old age home where at least he would be given proper care and not be chained like an animal.

Prime criteria is sound health. If your health is sound and if you are in a position to do your own jobs without causing inconvenience to the other family members, one can remain happy till the end. In addition to sound health, if one can have an avocation like writing, gardening etc, one can be happy as long as one lives.

I have also read this article in the newspaper this is so shameful.....instead of living such life one should die in early age...parents cannot do such things with their abnormal kids but see a son cannot take care of his father who is not condition of doing anything by himself.. :evil:

Sreevani, it is not the matter of dieing early but it the matter of feeling if your parents can brought you up without any selfishness and love and affection and provide a shield of protection so that nothing can harm their children but some of these children treat their parents as slave they donot have feelings...they treat their parents as burden.....By hearing this I feel so bad...... :evil:

Anil Then its the money whom their children are respecting not the parents...... :evil: Do the children born with some treasure along with them but still their parents take care of them without any selfish ness they give them their best without thing about them but it so sad that the sane children need money to take care of their parents shame on them.... :evil: :evil:
