during elections, leaders take the risk to mingle more with people. There is need to balance the security concern and interaction with masses.

The practice in vogue is the leaders sit in their bullet proof cars and address the people from inside the car using powerful public addressing sound system. Two purposes are served. While being in the safety of a bullet proof car they are addressing the public.

I wonder why leaders should address from large grounds when people can listen to their apeech on TV as well. That will give utmost security.
