And all of them are organic foods which ensure an ailment free life.

True. Turmeric is beneficial as it is antibacterial. I like mangoes no doubt these are delicious and rightly called king of fruits. Ginger and onions too have many benefits may be I need to post some links for it.

In a nutshell all the foods mentioned in the list are organic foods laden with nutrients and blessed with healing qualities. The icing on the cake is, they are free from the pesticides and artificial coloration. This gives an edge over other foods grown using pesticides and fertilizers.

Mangoes not good for people with blood sugar so it is negated for them, and there is no guarantee that mangoes would be free from pesticides and artificial coloration.

Its all about "Organic food" Organic food means a crop grown without using pesticides and  chemicals.

Recent findings by some organisation revealed that the so-called organic veggies and fruits were actually being spread with chemical pesticides. So when we shell out excessively high prices for 'oragic' labeled stuffed, we should do it from reliable sources.

Definitely. If These organic foods which are more expensive than ordinary veggies also contain pesticides and fertilizers, what's the use for the buyer. We cannot rely just on the labels. Presently traders are employing unethical trade practices.

Most of these organic fruits which are being sold in open markets in smaller towns and cites seems to be preoccupied with pesticides and that would be going to have bad to worse effects, and fruits which are being sold at super markets are well priced ahead than retail markets.

There is no such fruit or vegetable which is free of pesticides when they are sold in market. It's not easy to find anything which is directly plucked from a tree unless you have your own garden.
