No. Organic foods are very much available in a limited outlets. They are expensive too.If you want to have organic foods be ready to pay more.

I do not think so most of these foods at their original production sites are lower but due to multi tax system it cost higher, with the introduction of GST bill now you can even pay less which would be initiated in June 2016.

Organic food and nothing else. It's cost is high because of it;s less production because organic food is grown without chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides.

Its cost rises due to the fact most of these foods are in production in compact areas and the multiple tax system rises its price to 140 percentages and the implementation of GST would be helping to reduce price to a considerable and comfortable margin. It is the tax system that matters in pricing part and nothing else.

The government should help in promoting the cropping of organic food and make all the allowances so that organic food can be within the reach of all.

The constraint of some organic foods is that these cannot be planted at every weather and that creates huge price differentiation, in my recent trekking to Jilling, HP, where the town to be reached there with two km walk or pony ride, I found there everywhere there were peaches, apples and oaks and any body can wolf ride on trees to pluck these and eat, but those apples are on higher price in my state, due to double and triple taxation as if those products reaching to use from western countries.

Yes there are constraints. But if you want healthy food, thesconstraints should be overcome by the govrnmentsubsidies.

Is there government subsidies on organic food, I do not think so or I have ever heard of it, it might be there at few states.
