He was attendant to CM of Maharastra, I was reading this news yesterday from news paper,after almost unthinkable times of qualifying finally succeeded. 

Whoever it may be, he has set an example for persistence. Hats off to him.

I am not sure how it has benefited him since he has got stuck in a grove focused on something which is impossible for him to achieve since he has not been able to do so in all these years.. 

How this is going to prudence his life and what is significance of this degree apart from so called news makers, it is only obsession to follow nothing to achieve. 

It is not necessary every time to pursue those things which  are universally accepted They may look meaningless. But it is answering one's self that was committed. You should look through the other person's eyes and mind.. If you see many Guinness records, most of them queer and bizarre. Things which are bizarre to you may not be bizarre to the persons concerned.

It is our perspective and we can learn some qualities from the life though i too feel that there is no much significance of the certificate. The qualities must be imbibed in our life in a way that will benefit us.

What do you mean by, " No significance " ? What is the significance of those people who vie with each other to set up a record in Guinness Book of records like growing the longest beard or longest nails?

It is his goal to pursue and aims to pass out to tenth and achieved, it is self satisfaction and what is the reason behind such miraculous time and again trying out of examination only that person could tell. 

Some people for feeding their ego that is to satisfy themselves take to such deeds which may look bizarre to outsiders.
