Some people are very sexy and so they do not have problem to expose their body parts in public places. They get satisfaction when they do it. We can see such practices anywhere in the world even in India also. Chintan Upadhyay, the self-confessed provocative artist is the best example. For protesting the horrific Gujarat riots, without covering his body with clothes, he sat cross-legged with a bowl of turmeric and asked the viewers to apply the powder on his body. Of course, it is vulgarity than anything else.

@Jincy how can the human body be vulgar. It is in our thoughts. So many people may apply turmeric and thus express their support in an interactive manner. Others may not, but why condemn?

How can any part of a human body be indecent ? Indecency is in the eye of the beholder.

the person who sees indecent things that means he/she knows about that which means he/she can think of that, it's in his eyes which shows the character of a person how cheap his/her thinking can be
