I think religion should not be brought into one of the social issues. At one point of time donating body parts was frowned upon on religious grounds and now it has become a necessity.
If this thing happen than only positive thinking can take good decision. I see one movie kya kahana in that movie saif and priti played good role and given good example for this question.

Santosh, kya kahna was a good film, no doubt about that! but do you think as a society we are tolerant towards unwed mothers? it takes a lot of grit, power, money and influence that a person such as Neena Gupta will have! how many others will have all of these?

also, has anyone given thought to the treatment meted out to these children as they grow up?

In that case girl need to go away from society for some days and hide all things. come back to society after donating children to other or other settlement.

In our society the sorry plight of such unwed and teen-age mothers who are victims of beastly lust ,should make us thinking.By allowing them to become mothers we ruining the lives of both.
Chinmoy is right, at such young age the girls are not well equipped to handle pregnancy issues, physically as well as mentally.

Santosh, what you are suggesting is just not practical. what you are saying is like they take a long vacation and come back! isn't that ridiculous sounding? It takes money to do that and we all know that it is mainly the girls in the lowermost echelons of society who are victims of sexual abuses.

I think you are right Kalyani its not possible for poor people but implementable for rich society.

Please give the kind of seriousness that this grave issue deserves.Remember whatever we are saying in this thread has a larger audience crossing our boundaries and would help in influencing the opinion of others.

I dont understand Santhosh on what context you are mentioned that here. Hiding out things means hiding a crime? or destroying one guys life after marriage, if some one discloses the story ?

Going away wont make any changes to affected and the family.
If we try to stop one crime than we need to hide other crime. Hiding her is not crime.
