good tips sarala. but i like your last tip which is funny but true. don't apply dark shade of lipstick else you will end up looking like a devil!! i don't why people like such shades, they really don't look good.
yes, Some Ladies just know to apply lipstick as they want to show their status. but they won't think whether the lipstick shade suits their skin tone or not.
