    I just had stuffed paranthas, we are planning to have idli in lunch today.


    Means Bhabhiji knows how to make Idlis as most of the north Indian ladies don't know :) .Or you are going outside to have Idlis? :)

    Idlee makers and idlee powders are available every where this takes only 10 minutes to make idly. Even I can make them easily.

    This is again very simple, use fried chicken pieces while preparing spices and frying oil together. Later put rice in to it and close the lid of the cooker.
