    People have lived for hundreds of years managing successfully with their skills and intelligence , without which even formal education would not have any meaning.A person should be able to assimilate what he learns and then put it into use .Education is no doubt meant to sharpen your faculties and skills, but a lack of interest and motivation is not going to help..

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    In fact, formal education is a device to systematically impart knowledge and certify this. This is a nice facility. But knowledge is more significant than the degree.

    Certain jobs like marketing and human resources require a certain amount of personal charisma and attractive personality not necessarily good looks but being able to communicate well and make a favorable impression ! And, here degrees and qualifications are secondary...
