In summer lemon water is best drink. I prefer it than tea. To make it more tasty add Rohfafza sharbat in it.

Hey thanks for the advice. I will appreciate if you can give more inputs. How much water and how much lemon juice? I have been having a bad stomach for 3-4 days now and I really don't want to go to the doctor. Please let me know the proportion so that I can start from tomorrow.

Its simple. squeeze half a lemon's juice in to a glass of warm water. ( Hot water allowed to cool for some time) See that the temperature is Luke warm. Drink it
Lemon water is benefit to remove toxin from our body but it is harmful who are having acidity problems. So add some sugar and salt to make it tasty as well as to reduce the acidity effect..

Yes this is good in summer. As this keeps your body hydrated. Doctor also suggest this when someone has dehydration in summer.
