Plain lemon water will not increase your weight but sugar added to it is the culprit. Normally people do not like the sour taste of lemons and hence add too much sugar to sweeten it, even more sugar than they add in tea or coffee, hence the weight increases.

yes if you prepared it in your home. Sharbat which are available in market have preservative and artificial color and flavor.
