    True relations are maintained by turning away from the others' deficiencies . They don't believe neither in judging nor trying to rectify the deficiencies in other.

    Absolutely ! It takes just one word and one incident to break a relationship unless one is careful and magnanimous in many ways...When one of the person is mature and is able to handle things well relationships get patched up but unless there is contribution from both soides it is difficult to maintain any relationships, afterall how long can patch work remain intact?

    Understanding some one who differs from you prove to be a great challenge, considering when you have no experience and this could create a conflict zone. Respecting differences goes on to celebrate individuality and this creates a synonymous understanding. Respecting differences is all about managing relationships.

    At the same time people do change to a certain extent to accomodate others that is natural....If a person is rigid it is impossible to maintain a positive healthy relationship...
