There should be no unmanned railway crossing anywhere. Railway crossings is more important than luxury trains. Ir railway passangers meet accident, this is understandable to some extent. But the killing of innocent people who do not even travel by train at such unmanned crossings is most unfortunate.

Government is taking steps slowly and steadily. We can't blame government only for this case. People should also be aware in this case. "Stop,Watch,Start" is a famous word used in these situation. What we are doing in signals when it shows red. When the green light blinks then only we cross the road. Likewise we should take care first our self and then blame the government. Indian railway is a huge network. If you blame a person he will show a another man... This cycle continues. We should also blame the bus driver he should be careful while crossing the railway line.

That's where our governments have been missing and overlooking for last 67 years. Now the new government has taken it on priority. Besides people of our country have no patience to wait even while they see a train approaching.

This is a man made accident.
The Bus driver ignored the signal of the gate-man at the level crossing.. The driver is well aware of the Passenger train's time of arrival to that point. Setting aside all the safety precautions, the driver caused the accident.

the new government is taking steps to avoid such accidents, it is planning that there should be underpass crossing in place of unmanned crossings. we should also follow rules and regulations to avoid such accidents.

Any number of Government's measures will not work, if the people blow out the safety precautions. Bus was driven by the bus driver. Not by the government.
yes, this accident was due to carelessness of the bus driver. most of the accidents on such crossings happens due to man's mistakes.

The bus was no doubt driven by driver. But traffic contol at the railway crossing and provisio of gateman is resposibility of government. In case of unmanned railway crossing, the local administration can post some traffic police there to control traffic.

I agree with you..not all deliberate human errors and grave mistakes can be blamed on to the govt.
