Now days the target or teachers teaching in private schools is only to earn money. They are trying to earn as much as they can. That's why they are going from schools to coaching centers.

What's wrong in it? In every profession the employees would like to have hike in their pay scale and other perks and the same goes true for the teachers. They have an ambition, a family to support and depend upon a fat bank balance in future. People can criticise them only then when they remain employed in school but do not teach properly. They are leaving the school job and joining the coaching centre and for that they do not deserve any criticism.

Salary is private schools much less than Government schools. In Rajasthan government stop system of giving grants to private schools. it is right teachers preferance is coaching centers.

Stopping grants to the private schools, though good, this move of Rajasthan has to see, the Government schools are also financed. This certainly helps in stopping migration of teachers from Government schools to the private schools or coaching centers.

Whatever it is, the teaching of private schools are better than government schools. The teachers of private school will loose their job, if they won't teach well. Therefore, the teachers are always careful in their teaching. We cannot see such commitments in government schools. Here the teachers have the confidence that they will get their salary per month whether they teach well or not.

What the Private schools are teaching is information that is necessary for the student to score and make him eligible for Higher education.  But Information is different from Knowledge. Knowledge is the need of the hour. Knowledge makes the student prepare for the future and remains for ever. Knowledge empowers the student.

In Karnataka many private schools pay much higher wages than government schools besides giving benefits like bonus, PF and private Pension schemes. As long as they are doing their job well, I dont see why they should not teach in coaching centers

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

The condition of our government schools are very bad. Our government should focus on this fact, and some strict rules should be made so that teachers can focus on students. Some owners of private schools do not want that government schools in their area will produce good results, so they try to effect government schools administration with the help of their political reach. So this should also be taken care of by the respective state governments.
