It's not yet known, who will verify PA. The details of the policy is also yet to be known.Wait.

PA is always verified by the immediate boss or the competent authority. In government sector it is called CR (Confidential report) though.

The government says- open the shops 24 hours. Why not open the government offices all 24 hours too and increase the salaries of government employees according to their working hours and according to their working capacity and not according to their seniority.

PA is not applicable in government offices but in private sector only

you suggestion of opening office 24 hours is good one but I am not agree with increasing salary of employees. It is better to appoint another employees so more people will get employment.

@Sunil, your suggestion for opening government offices for 24 hours is indeed a good one. The officers can come in shifts, and work will go on 24x7. Hope the speed money rates will not be decided shift wise.

The govt. establishments like Railways are already working 24 hours. Police department works 24 hours.  There is no need for all govt. offices or even private sector offices to remain open all 24 hours. You can't increase performance just by adding working hours. Rather there will be more waste of electricity, water and other resources. Besides you will have to employ more staff so that they could be given leave by rotation so that the 24 hours system works.

Who will come to office in late night. Opening office and shops for 24 hours many be success in big cities but no scope in small and middle size cities.

Yes such late night experiments can succeed in big cities only especially Mumbai which almost does not sleep.
