effort can change luck for example we can take hellen keller she became famous because of her effort

But if luck is not with you then you may fail with you effort. Some times we try hard to get good marks but due to bad luck we may fail.

Although life is uncertain, events are not fixed. There is no such thing as pre-determined luck that could be foreseen by palmists.

However, this is true that success does not depend on you only. Interaction with others including family and friends and coincidences determine success or failure. Ultimately, the efforts of a person in right direction pay dividend. It is well said that winds and wares are on the side of the ablest navigator. A successful person is one who steers clear of all circumstances- good or adverse.
Let us resove that we shall remove from our vocaubalary the words like- Luck, try, difficult, impossible. Never say- I shall try. always say- I sahh do. This state of mind will definitely help.

In my view, luck is nothing but hard work.

Let me explain through an example.

But some times it plays major role. Like in interviews, interviewer interests and your interests are same, then you can perform better. If it is reverse, then situation is difficult to think
