    What you have said is true!There are compelling circumstances under which people feel helpless and give bribe against their conscience and will.But the situation gets worse when the government watches by and even patronizes such corrupt acts by failing in its duty to punish the corrupt!

    Yes, Chinmoy that's right.. there are compelling situations but shouldn't we atleast think that is it really important to give bribe and all...

    I think every citizen should feel the responsibility and stop the corruption...

    Yes,I agree with you Anu and Chinmoy.Every Individual must have a strong principle that howsoever the work is important I will get it done without bribing. :) :) .
