    The girls are as good or bad as boys. As the students do not understand the limit of decency and ragging, this must be totally stopped. The ragging miscreants should be booked under various sections of I.P.C. depending on consequences of their misdeed. As the girl has died as a result of ragging, this is case of murder and hence the miscreants should be tried accordingly.

    Ragging has been declared a criminal offence.
    Several Indian states have made legislatures banning ragging.

    I think its high time for institutes to have anti-ragging committees to stop such menace. Ragging is spreading like a deadly disease in our society in colleges and hostels and efforts should be taken to stop it completely without any delay...!

    Yes, I do know this . Even girls are also seniors in their college and they even ragging. Ragging is not only for guys and that is even done by girls. Even one my uncle daughter suffered with ragging in medical college of girls.
