Anti-ragging agencies are there but still nothing is stopped. This maybe due to the thinking that students life will be ruined if punished. Proper awarness is need.
Previously a medical college student(AMAN) in Himachal committed suicide and his father discontinued his job to fight aganist ragging. :(
