    Justice Sawant on Anna Hazare’s fast

    Justice (Retd) PB Sawant, who probed Anna Hazare’s trust for financial irregularities in 2004 and found that Rs 2 lakh had been diverted from its accounts for the social activist’s birthday celebrations, came out in support of the agitation for the Jan Lokpal Bill.
    “What I probed was certainly a case of corruption. But Hazare accepted that it was a mistake, so he can certainly go ahead with the agitation,” Sawant told Hindustan Times in Pune.

    Ana's financial irregularity or even the corruption of his team members does not matter as long as they continue their current agitation legally. The problem is that they consider themselves above law and have no regard for constitution, judiciary or any institution constituted under law. They are anarchists and want to rule by mobocracy. This is the issue.

    I think Gulshanji has provided with right information in his various posts.Anna and his team consider themselves above and Law and this is not correct.It is true that except shouting slogan and creating an emotional wave they are not doing anything fruitful.

    even if they are wrong..i would say that the they have triggered an agitation among the youth in the country...lokpal bill is possible now....
