It seems we don't have the rights to convey our thoughts in any form in the democratic country, as per the Law. Are we living in a democratic country?

Yes we have democracy to say our views and for that they were released. I am opposing their arrest,

In fact both the girls who were arrested and later released were far too scared to speak to the news media and kept telling that they have apologized for their mistake and would not like to comment any further...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Nobody should negatively comment on any celebrity after such mishappenings. This is not at all good.
Still now there are some good politicians also . Few days ago here posted one CM has no car or mobile.

This is really bad for arresting that girls. We are in democratic country then why the need of arresting. If any politician had done this means they will arrest or not.
