In todays Times editorial there is an nalysis on this very fact as to why the Congress party is losing ground now ! People have given enough chances for it to run the nation and they have been failing term after term while increasing their tally of corruption. After Sonia Gandhi took over things have deteriorated to such an extent that people , even the die hard congress supporters are beginning to lose faith in the party....Holding on to a family will lead them nowhere !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Definitely, black out is a black day in parliament, AAP wants to introduce bill in open arena but it also never introduce in Delhi parliament, AAP failed to show uniqueness and it jumps to same bandwagon of parties as it boast to clean it up.

AAP wanted to introduce a bill in open and considered undemocratic- Congress passed the Telangana bill behind the closed doors of Parliament. Now decide for yourself - who is breaking the rules?

None. especially congress. It has suspended those people who represented the other part of Telangana that is non - separatists, then closed the doors and passed the bill. An act of cowardice.

In that case- how come the answer could be - NONE?
I think both of them broke the rules.

'None' refers to congress party. The protesters are protesting about the unconstitutional ways of passing the Bill. Protesting is a democratic right.

Agreed, Congress has lost its credibility in every field and is counting its last few days, let them do what they like but in doing so they are making their come back even more difficult.

Owing to its unpopularity, AP which was a stronghold of congress has become an empty house. All the members of the cabinet resigned including the CM. It's that good for nothing party that failed to convince its own party members.

On issue like Telangana, members are divided on regional basis and not party line. This is true about the killers of Rajiv Gandhi as well. The Tamilnadu politicians support Jai lalitha irrespective of party affiliation whereas the North Indians are agaisnt giving any leniency to the killers.

Whatever the reason or region, criminals/case should be dealt on merit basis. I don't think Jailalitha is right in this case.

TDP and Congress parties were divided on regional basis

Many congress stalwarts want to leave party but there are no takers for them. Rahul Gandhi is trying best but I think this time it will not happen.

Rahul Gandhi has no idea of politics, he doesn't know that people stay with a party as long as it has something to offer, once they have nothing to show, no one is going to stick around them. The time has come.

So is the case with Sonia and all those in the inner Coterie. It's a rule of mere foolish brutal power.
No political party is entirely democratic. There is no internal democracy in most parties. Only Communist parties have internal democracy. Some sort of misbehavior in parliament and state legiuslatures is common to all parties. However, the parties maintain procedural and constitutional routine so that the law passed is not considered null and void. The Aaam Aaadami party is quite different. They even refused to follow the laid down procedure and constitutional provisions. Hence whatever they did became null and void.

It's different in Telangana issue. The ruckus and pandemonium was created by congress. A bill related to AP was passed driving away one of the opposing faction was sent out of the parliament and closing the doors , the bill was passed. The bankrupt quality of congress clearly exposed. Now the congress party's own members are revolting against congress. What after all congress is going to achieve?

Congress is definitely not democratic organization. This party is dominated by a particular family. The Telangana issue and way of passing legislation in parliament may be challenged in court.

Yes, a flood of petitions were filed challenging the division of the state at the apex court. They will come up for hearing soon. ap high court already issued notices to Shinde.
While at the discussion in Rajya Sabha Leader of opposition, Jaitley told government, in order to create state constitutional amendment is a necessity and in this case this has not done and if it is challenged in court of law, then Telanganaformation will be declared void and null by honorable apex court, it is a election showcase done by ruling party in order to gain some electrotal advantage.

Besides violation of not making changes in the article related to separation. Congress did not allow the parties of AP to discuss the matter. So now many cases were filed against the bifurcation of the state in the supreme court.
