No way to get rid off from this rediculous

I think I was the first to introduce the IP blocking problem and many had told about it after.Today I was going through polls.After commenting to the first twenty in list taking enough time I went to 21st one.There also I typed a comment and on submitting "spam" message came.I closed it and begane to read articles.When I submitted a comment there that rediculous message appeared "Your IP address blocked".

    The problem is very serious because it destroys all our patience and the interest to continue.I am not at all interested to read more because I am not able to comment on them.In all previous discussions moderator gives a solution at that time.But it is insufficient because we may get disappointed and go offline.Next day it will be OK,but can't say whether we get time to be there.

    So moderators please think the problem loudly and solve it immediately.
