    My humble suggestion is these announcements can be made prior to making the changes so that we can avoid members getting confused.

    Obviously. You will only thank the people who are helpful, interact well and share good content. So the more good job you are doing you will get so many appreciations and points as well :) .

    I thought of setting more points for this feature but I will need feedback and analysis before doing so as I do not want users to misuse such a good feature which encourages users and give them the credibility of what they are doing.
