They have made many changes from their last version of IPAD. And yes it’s surely looking good with new features and specifications. Overall they don’t having anything extra in design and size section as it looks exactly same as its previous version but in feature section it is having many upgraded features.
Let’s talk about those upgraded features so we can understand this new IPAD more clearly.
Processors: Processor is much faster than its previous version. IPAD 3 is having new A5X chip with quad-core processor. So users will have the fastest processing system in compare to their previous version. So in case of speed it is surely fulfilling the expectation.
Size and Color: There is no change in size in new IPAD. It will be available in same screen size of 9.7 inch with Black and White color.
Main Camera: IPAD 3 having 5MP isight camera with advanced optic which can give you really amazing photo quality. So in compare of its previous version IPAD 3 is having surely very good camera quality. Lots of customer was having complains about poor camera quality in IPAD2, with this there will be no complain about camera quality. This camera is also supporting HD video recording up to 1080P which is also good in compare of its previous version.
Front Facing Camera: IPAD 2 is having VGA front facing camera which is giving too low quality but now IPAD 3 having little improved front facing camera with 0.3 MP. Not much more improvement but still it is better than nothing.

Scrolling down the most recent stories on my social networking account, the other day, I found one of my friends lamenting on India’s defeat to Australia in a recent cricket match by putting up a status message that portrayed his disheartened state of mind. On observing his status intensely, I found that the message had become a topic of discussion for a few of his friends who were either supporting his view or were just ridiculing his concern. A few stories later, I found another friend of mine had put up the news of his placement in an excellent company. The most striking part of the message was that he was indeed “dying to put up this news…” of his placement on his profile. Having congratulated him, I started contemplating about the developing desire among us for shouting aloud the happenings in our lives on the social media and in turn to all our friends, from the childhood BFF to a person who might be on our friend list just because he might have said “hi” to us at some point in his life. I started wondering how it has undeniably become an integral part of our lives to let other people know about each and every event of our life.
We cannot deny the fact that Social networking has proved to be extremely propitious for all of us in various ways such that with a click of a button we can be in touch with everyone we know, anywhere on this planet; but at the same time we have witnessed an unprecedented obsession and craving to peep into the life of others, of course fueled by their own willingness. It has created a parallel world where stalking is as normal as willing to know someone in real life, public announcements are as normal as telling something classified to a relative, the hunger to be appreciated for putting up all the silly or sometimes not so silly things, is as normal as the desire to be a triumphant. Perchance in this world, everyone is a celebrity and everyone is a fan. It has given all of us the opportunity to enjoy the stardom at the most basic level. What we fail to realize is that this prominence is gradually taking a toll on us by addicting us to its huge yield and in turn making us overlook the evil side of it. People have become fanatic to such an extent that they tend to ignore their priorities. From a primary classroom to an office cabin, this parallel world of Social networking has become viral. Our day starts in this world with a “good morning…” status message and ends in this with something like “Dozing off.. gunnyt”. Perhaps we have gone a little too far from the exact purpose for which it was intended, putting our intellect, emotions and the moral values at stake.
Behind every action is a thought, and behind that thought is a desire of some kind. Probably we need to figure out a way to curb this desire of elaborating what’s on our mind to an extent so that we can start enjoying the life the way it is planned, before this desire becomes a basic instinct for us. We should realize that outside this world of binary 0’s and 1’s, a world exists with seven colors of the spectrum and millions of other fruitful shades, Perhaps it’s just the right time to reform it or else our generations to come may witness an inevitable outcome of living this world which may or may not be adverse!!
A printer is an electronic device which prints the electronic data available in our computer on a paper. This data can be our document, resume, presentation, picture etc. HP, Epson, Brother, Kodak, Canon, Polaroid etc are the top brands of printers which are available in the market.
A printer has following advantages:
- It can print the electronic data on paper
- It can print in no time.
- It can print end number of copies
- It can print in the desired style.
- It saves time.
- Prints with perfection.
- Can print in dark and light shades
- It is handy
- It is trendy etc
Initially when these printers were introduced in the market they could print the electronic data in black & white only. With time, colored printers were introduced and more features were added to it. Today a printer is no more a printer it is a multi functional electronic device
A printer of today is All-in-One. It works as a:
- Fax machine
- Telephone
- Photocopier and it also works as a Scanner
As a fax machine it can send a fax to anyone and can receive a fax from any where, as a telephone a printer can make and receive calls, as a photocopier it can make colored as well as black & white copies of a document and as scanner it can scan and save our important documents in the desired format. In order to connect a printer with a Desktop or a Laptop all we need is a jack and a driver (software) provided by the manufacturer. A driver easily installs the machine and makes it workable. These printers are available between the price range of Rs 7000- Rs 8000 on an average. The one I know is manufactured by HP (Hewlett-Packard). Apart from the portable printers there are big printers as well which are used for printing posters, banners etc.
Internet is a network of networks in which users at any one computer can get information from any other computer if they have permission. Internet is also called “NET”. In India internet has started in 1980’s. Dial up connection, Broadband, Wireless, Internet through power lines etc are the most common ways through which we can access the net. For a dial-up internet connection we need a computer, a dial up modem and a phone line. In this kind of a connection we generally dial a number for the internet connection. Broadband connection is not a dial up connection. Here we are not required to dial a number for the internet connection. For this kind of a connection we need an ADSL modem, a phone line, a computer and some computer settings provided by the internet service provider. This connection is comparatively fast as compared to the dial up connection. Wireless internet connection is a connection which is available without wires. For a wireless connection we need a router and some computer settings. Internet is also available through the electricity cables. In India internet service is provided by MTNL, VSNL, TATA, RELIANCE, AIRTEL, Sify, Bharti Infotel Ltd etc. Through internet we can communicate with our friends, relatives, employers, employees etc. Internet can be used as a tool for earning money and for online marketing. Through internet we can gather any kind of information. We can use internet for education, for entertainment, for online shopping, for booking movie tickets, for booking airline tickets, trips etc. On the contrary, internet has security, virus and spamming threats. It has made one addicted and mechanical too. In a nutshell, internet is a necessity. It is a part of our life and cannot be ignored. Without internet we will be badly affected. Without internet we won’t be able communicate instantly, we won’t be able to carry our research projects, we won’t be able to shop, play games and we won’t be able to know that what is going around while traveling.
Currently technology globally is in a state of constant flux that is rapidly evolving. From bendable displays and batteries that run for years , below are the examples of a uber cool and high tech gadgets that will very soon sweep you of your feet by their “wow” factor. Not only that gadgets or technology that we use every day are poised for a major overhaul.
Internet Through Powerlines.
Currently with a broadband penetration of only 25% and that too which is confined largely to metros , internet penetration in India represent only a small slice of a massive pie. So going beyond conventional means of broadband and wireless, will be internet through power lines, which will definitely provide a fillip to the below par penetration level in this country. Your home is already completely wired up – with every room having multiple electric connections and plug points. So it makes sense to utilize the same network of cables to transmit internet connection along with electricity. With such an amazing technology, hooking up your computer for internet connection will become so easy. One just needs to plug his computer into any of the power sockets and “Voila” – you have your internet connection. Devices, particularly those that have the Home Plug specification feature will be able to achieve this.
Flexible Displays.
Another wonderful innovation, given the fact that by and large currently, shape of a display determines the shape of numerous gadgets that we use. Those gadgets need to have at least one flat surface to accommodate the flat displays. But in case of flexible displays one can considerably reduce the size and weight of the device, by rolling it up for stage when it is not being used. Consequently this displays will become pretty much unbreakable and recent research also suggest that they will be drawing a lot less power than their non-flexible counterparts thereby boosting the limited battery life of many of our gadgets. Such displays will also have a major impact in military applications with features like electronic maps and augmented reality combat tools.
These Cameras Need No Focusing
For those of us for whom photography is a passion, Lytro will be a marvelous innovation. It is a new generation camera, where one can alter the focus of an image after clicking. Since there is no need to focus, the camera automatically works much faster than its normal run- of- the –mill counterparts. Its modus operandi is simple. It actually captures depth information along with all the available lights in the frame as a result it can easily capture dimly lit images without a flash and also 3D images are possible by virtue of this novel technology. Speculation is abuzz that few mobile handset manufacturers are already in detailed discussion with Lytro to implement this new technology in our mobile phones.
Wireless Charging.
As the number of gadgets we use everyday keep on swelling in numbers ,so does the number of chargers. The arduous task of charging all these gadgets can actually be a nuisance. Many devices may eventually switch over micro USBs, but they still need to be plugged in. For wireless charging, you just need to put all your devices on an inductive mat and they will be charged. For this a set of coils needs to be built into the device which will allow short range transfer of power. Fulton Innovation is the name of the company which is planning to bring this technology to our doors.
