Here in this article we are going to learn what communication means in general in simple words.

Also the difference between formal and informal communication.

Communication is one of the most important part of our lives.

Without communication it is difficult for us to imagine how this world seems to be.

We have different communication forms like written communication, oral communication, verbal communication, visual communication. Etc.

Depending on situation we use any of the above communication.Mostly we use oral communication that is verbal(words)

With our family members, friends and one to whom we are close we generally communicate formally this kind of communication is known as INFORMAL COMMUNICATION.

In work place, with people whom we don’t know we communicate formally this kind of communication is known as FORMAL COMMUNICATION.

A communication is said to be complete

 When there is a sender,

 A receiver,

 A message by receiver,

The type of communication a receiver uses like oral, written or verbal etc.

Coding of message by the receiver (trying to understand or analyze or interpret)

Understanding the message what receiver wants to express

 And last is giving feed back to the sender by the receiver.

Of all forms of communication written communication is said to be more effective because there is a written proof which is not seen in other forms of communication.

Whether it is in personal life or professional life, communication plays a very important role.
