Women especially the younger ones trying to look beautiful and attractive are making experiments with their health at the cost of their health. Looking best is not a bad idea but doing so at the cost of health is not advisable. To look attractive a woman has to be normal in all respect mental, weight and physically proportionate built. The craze about so-called zero-figure has driven most young girls to unnecessary dieting plans, which is making them sick by reducing their ability to resist the diseases. 2. Use of packaged and processed food best avoided for these foods contain sodium and saturated fat in excessive quantity harmful for metabolism. The quantity recommended for fat is less than 10%, sugar less than 15%, and sodium less than 5gm, lesser than a teaspoon total calorie intake in a whole day.  

3. Never skip your breakfast, as this is your most important meal of the day also the gap makes it more important because the last meal intake the dinner previous night was almost twelve hours before.

4. You can always make your lunch your experimental meal because a healthy breakfast allows you to eat fruits, salads and drink fruit juices to keep you fit and able to work better and healthy. Eating fiber, protein and vitamins rich diet is best for the lunch that will keep you full of energy for the whole day

5. Protein with lesser content of fat is important in development of muscles therefore adding pulses, soy, and beans to your diet are useful.

6. Fat is as important but avoid Trans fats and limit the use of saturated fats like ghee, butter etc to limited quantity. Ghee or oils once boiled should best avoided as the quantity of Trans fats increases in these after every cooking.

7. Calcium is another important content to keep bones, teeth, hair etc in perfect shape. Therefore, use of milk, curd, yogurt and cheese is useful. A few minutes’ sunbath is known another good source of calcium for our system.

Basal metabolic rate is important factor in keeping weight under limit as some people have it naturally more and that helps keep them their weight under check without much effort. The persons with low BMR should consult a dietician or nutrition to have their problem solved. BMR is related to age and other factors like age, height and gender therefore a close look would help as the age increases
