In this modern medical world many number of inventions and discoveries has been explored with the inventions and team work of many number of scientists. One of the most modern and very useful discovery in the medical field is using the Skin Cells for the Heart Treatment.

Bio-medical scientist Robert Schwartz (University of Houston) has devised a new methodology which helps the human. His proposed methodology reveals that the own skin cells of a human being can be used in the heart treatment. Our ordinary skin cells are turned into heart cells. The skin cells which are turned into heart cells are similar to the embryonic stem cells. Embryonic Stem Cells are called as ES Cells.

Above figure is the Structure of Embryonic Stem Cells.

If there is problem in the heart for a patient and if it has been identified in the earlier stage of the problem, then it is very easy to turn the skin cells of own patient into required heart cells and the cure can be given in a short span of time. As this method requires only a few steps to produce heart cells (similar Embryonic stem cells) from skin cells.

These newly developed cells helps in the treatment of following :

  • Reversing Heart-Attacks and making the heart beats to a good extent.
  • Replaces the Cardiac Tissues which are damaged and resulted in reducing the heart's pumping ability.
  • Overcoming of arrhythmias which are caused scar tissue damage.
  •

Many scientists found the enhancement of skins cells into stem cells, but this proposed will result in saving the life of most number of young women and life of all kinds of people. This methodology has not been brought into practice because the testing and new discoveries are being undergone in this proposal. Robert Schwartz is very keen in this research want to deliver a very good and life saving treatment for the betterment of human life. This proposal will begin in one or two years for saving lives of many human beings.
