Have you ever felt the bite of an insect or prick of a needle on your skin? ............ Your answer will definitely be yes!

Was it painful?..........................................for most of us.....yes, it was!

But imagine how this little puppy might have felt while it was being eaten live by hundereds of maggots for days together?

The little worm like things seen beside this puppy are the maggots that are the developmental stages of the process of metamorphosis of a fly. The little pup was crying in pain when it was noticed by someone. It was then taken to the vet care centre where it got treated.

When it was thoroughly examined, the soul shocking fact came out. One of its limb was being eaten up by these maggots. Hundereds of maggots were there and those were penetrating deep into the limb. There was a foul smelling deep pocket full of necrotic debris where these liz liz things were hiding. Everyone shivered for a moment upon the condition of this tiny pup.

Whole of its hind paw is vanished, now the animal is handicapped for life for no fault of its own.  The speechless animals cannot even know of the cause of their pain, they just keep suffering and suffering.....Still I feel this one was lucky to be rescued, think of many of those who have to die after suffering for months together. 

But the problems of this poor creature do not end here, imagine him walking on three limbs and how difficult that would be in case when one of the hind limb is lost. When the sight of it creates so much of agony, what about the life that has to go and live with it?

This also makes us think how blessed human species are on earth to have power of speech and developed brains. Let us all have compassion in our hearts and minds to help other creatures of almighty to keep this earth beautiful.

its tiny limb

the little puppy cried and cried

thanks to the kind heart

who was passing by

he picked it up

and got it treated

an angel was he

for the tiny life

why do we keep searching for angels

here and there

in the skies and heavens

they are not someone else

we are the angles....

yes, we are

need is to just enlighten our minds

and get the kindness come out of hearts

and make it work

for the welfare of other lives
