Gurkha Land has no ground, Nepalis at best could be allocated a separate area for them, which has already been done although even that was not necessary. If Indian government will keep giving in to such demands, we shall be surrounded with foreigners supported by china and pakistan which is their prime object. The need of the hour is to handle them with strong hands. If we see their is another Nepali state with people ful from Nepal in neighborhood with the name of Sikkim. These areas are bringing people from neighbouring countries regularly. How many states can be given to people coming from outside at the cost of local people!

It is not like that .Max Gorkha live there but this does not mean that they will demand another state. Gorkhas are not Indian actually and so they are demanding. There is no profit also with this separation. The total area and also the economy depends on tourists, so they are making loss of themselves by creating a abnormal situation.

Indian Nepalis are not foreigners. Nepalis are the most loyal citizens of India. We should not forget the valor and patriotism of Gurkha in Indian army. The Gurkha soldiers in Indian army have well displayed their valor and patriotism. Most of the Gurkha soldiers are from Nepal Nepal has closer ties with India. There is nothing wrong in Nepal maintaining some relation with China. This is necessary in international relation. That could not be a cause for denying Gurkha land while you allow them autonomy within West Bengal. even after getting separate statehood, the region will be under central government only for all matters for which central government is responsible.
