I wonder, how these well known facts which are as conspicuous as a Sunriising and Sunsetting are known to the so called intelligentsia only now ? Pointing out that the justice is denied to the poor is showing the obvious .

The issue is that the experts view any problem only according to their line of expertise. In fact, we are living in capitalist system which favors the big land and property owners, capitalist class and other haves. The have poor without capital and living merely on work are really second rate citizens with all consequential effects. The provisions in constitution and law cannot change this basic fact.

Justice delayed is justice denied, and the second point is the cost of justice the hiring of lawyers which is very high when you ride to High Court as well as Supreme Court, in a way judicial system is not for poor, it is for rich and affluent.

In most cases poor stands no chance to reach to supreme court. He ends his journey in the lower courts especially if financial matters are concerned.
