Onion is the obviously one such thing. Though I have seen people sting during summer they should use some deos to avoid it. :)


Foul smell due to eating of onion or garlic can be arrested by chewing " Elaichi".
Garlick smell is bad, but I do not agree with coffee, nevertheless the researchers must have done some public opinion before writing abt. it.


A scientific research takes all facts in to consideration. Not just people's opinions. After establishing the fact their observations are revealed.

It is from yahoo news and have gone to the link yesterday, I am talking abt this is not a research paper from HBS or from some other big Universities, all these news are there nice to read, and it is natural and people can know from their experience what is the need for research in this subject and what is the scientific research needed for this failed to understand.

Avoiding these or curtailing consumption is a way to smell well.
Yes I have experienced that few food items makes the body odour even more irritating. Having raw garlic can make the body odour foul.
