I would not be surprised if they win the majority vote comfortably and give this corruption nation a new lease of life.

Possible but not in 2014. Let them first build organization. I don't think that they can beat other parties in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana., Maharashtra. They are likely to be single largest party and form government in alliance with others. This is only practical for the time being. In most places, they may be either non existent or in Delhi like situation.

organizations are made by willingness, if they can assure people for a positive result, which they will do. Do you think congress had no organization in the four states where they have lost so badly?

It is possible to win or lose if you have organization. But you will not even contest and no question of gaining if you have no organization. Is this not very simple?

I know they never contest in all constituencies but even if they contest in 450 or so where they have more or less working organisation, they should not have any problem and more so when there is no opposition.

They will have no problem where only Congress is their rival. They will not contest where tey have no organization. They will face difficulty where they face many rivals as in Delhi. They may not seriously contest in more than 300 constituencies They fielded some candidates in Mizoram also but Congress got massive majority.

If we are to go by the results of the past few Parliamentary elections, no party even the grand old party of India succeeded in securing even a semblance of majority. What I foresee that is that BJP might succeed in cobbling together an alliance after the elections!!

Did anyone think that Congress would lose so badly in all 4 states ? similarly did anyone think that AAP would get so many seats ? BJP has already won once and if they plan their strategies well they can at least come close to the winning number. However, Congress should be routed out since it has now become a party of scams and scamsters openly being blessed by the party head ..
