This is ok. Moreover we should not drink water any time. Water will be advantageous for our body when we drink it in perfect situation. Otherwise it is disadvantageous for our body.


Water is harmless in any situation and condition. It's the universal drink accepted both by mainstream medical therapies and Altetrnative medical therapies.
There are few examples where people are surviving with water only, water is life and space scientists are seemingly finding out water in moon of Jupiter. underground ocean is there, so they are expecting life.

Pure water, otherwise there would be many water borne diseases, intake of water is good but pure water is important.


Yes pure water with some added minerals is good for health.
